If I switch benefits to Rollfi, do I have to change my plans?

You can switch your existing benefits to Rollfi without changing your plans or rates. Your employees will not notice a difference and there will be no interruptions in coverage. The difference is a higher level of service and support that most other brokers do not provide.

What benefits do you provide?

We can provide medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.

How long does it take to get benefits set up?

From initial quoting to active coverage can take between 2-4 weeks depending on quickly your team can make decisions and submit documents!

How much do you charge for benefits?

We do not charge anything for our benefits services if you use us as a broker!

How much support will my employees have?

We will provide support with picking the plan that is right for them, submitting documents, and any life events that may affect their coverage. They will have a real person available to assist them.

What states can you provide coverage in?

We can provide coverage in all states through the majority of regional and national carriers. If your employees are looking for something specific (particular doctor or specialist, etc.), let us know and we can make sure that is included in the plan.

What do you need to transfer benefits to Rollfi?

We simply need the names of your insurance carriers and group IDs. Those will be available in your carriers online portal or on your insurance card. We will then send over documentation to notify carriers of the change.
