Document Management
Administrators can now upload and organize team and business documents directly in the admin portal.
A new permissions system allows granular control over document access:
- Employee-facing documents like handbooks, benefits guides, and onboarding materials can be made available to all employees
- Sensitive documents such as tax forms and government correspondence can be restricted to admin-only access
This centralized document repository improves information sharing while maintaining appropriate privacy controls.
E-Signature Functionality
A new e-signature feature has been implemented in both employee and admin portals.
Users can now electronically sign documents without leaving the Rollfi platform, eliminating the need for third-party signing tools. This streamlines workflows and reduces delays in collecting required signatures.
Business Contractor Payments
In response to popular demand, Rollfi has introduced the ability for companies to pay contractors through their business accounts.
This new contractor payment flow provides more flexibility in managing different types of workers within a single system.
Benefits Management
We're excited to introduce comprehensive benefits management screens.
You can now view benefits costs, employee enrollments, and access a range of support services. This includes updating dependents, accessing ID cards, and connecting with real people for assistance with any benefits-related issues
